Lt Col (Retd) B S Chaudhary, MPM, MA, LLB, GDMM, Advocate

Lt Col B S Chaudhary is a veteran from Indian Army having vast experience of legal matters of armed forces besides handling of civil and criminal cases after leaving the Army in 2001. Col Chaudhary has had the privilege of working as Special Metropolitan Magistrate in Delhi till May 2012. He has done his LLB from Agra University in the year1988. He is also having PG qualification in History from Kurukshetra University and Master of Personnel Management of University of Poona. In addition he has obtained Graduate Diploma In Materials Management from IIM Mumbai.

Col Chaudhary has served in almost in all theatres of operation during his army service. He took active part in “Operation Vijay” in the year 1999 in Kargil and Leh sector. Further Col Chaudhary has handled services related matters of ex-servicemen, war widows and dependents while serving as Zila Sainik Kalyan Adhikari with various forums in the state of Rajasthan. With his legal background he successfully brought relief to a large number of ESM and family members for progressing their cases in various courts especially disability pension and special family pension.

Presently Col Chaudhary is practicing at Delhi High Court and District Courts in the NCR. He is also Vice President of Bar Association of Armed Forces Tribunal India.

ACP S.C. Batra Tetired from Delhi Police having 40 years of experience. Handled Criminal Investigation of sensitive cases apart from routine investigation. Worked in all units of delhi police at Airport, Immigration, Special Branch of CID, Security and Vigilance. Having effective liasion and co-ordination within delhi police / other offices of importance and General Public of diverse standing.

 

 

 

 

Mr Mrityunjai Pandey (MA, LL.B.,LLM, PGDLL,PGDIM,PITR) did his LL.B. and Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law (P.G.D.L.L.) form Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University; LLM in Criminal Law from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidya Pith, Varanasi; Certificate in Intellectual Property Right & information Technology from India Law Institute, New Delhi; Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi; and M.A. in Political Science from Meerut University. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph. D. in the areas of “Police torture and custodial death in India.” He worked as a Guest Lecturer in faculty of Law, M.G.K. University, Varanasi; and HoD and Sr. Lecturer in Innovative Inst. of Law, Greater Noida, CCS University.

Participated in A National Law Seminar on “New Dimensions of Intellectual Property in Globally Competitive Business Environment” at IMS Law college Noida.

Participated in National Seminar on Human Right and Presented a paper on the Topic “Obstacles in the implementation of Human Rights” at Janhit Group of Institute, Greater Noida.

Organized A National Seminar as Convener on topic “Judicial Process In India: Problems & challenges” at Innovative Institute of Law, Greater Noida .
